Music Inspired by Tennessee Williams

As part of the Tennessee Williams Scholars Conference, Soprano Armour Ratcliffe and pianist Peter Collins will perform music based on writings of Tennessee Williams.  A highlight of the program will be arias from the operas “A Streetcar Named Desire” (André Previn) and “Summer and Smoke” (Lee Hoiby).  Art Songs by Paul Bowles and others, as well as solo piano works will be presented.  Admission: $20 Tennessee Williams Scholars Conference Pass; or a Tennessee Williams Festival Pass that includes the Scholars Conference.
